What happens during the first visit?
Your therapist discusses your goals and relevant concerns, provides privacy to prepare, and uses appropriate draping throughout the session.
Can I choose my preferred pressure?
Yes. You can discuss pressure and focus areas before and during the session. Your comfort and consent matter.
How early should I arrive?
Plan to arrive 10 minutes early, or 15 minutes early if completing an intake form.
How do I check prices and availability?

What is the cancellation or deposit policy?
Please ask about the current deposit, cancellation, rescheduling and no-show terms during your call. This website does not charge or take payment online.
Is massage a medical treatment?
No. Massage can support comfort and relaxation but is not a substitute for medical diagnosis, emergency services or medical treatment.
